Evvnt is a white-label event management and ticketing platform built for media publishers and local brands. It powers event creation, promotion, ticket sales, and analytics for networks like toronto.com and hundreds of other publisher sites. We joined the Evvnt team as an embedded designer for a multi-month design sprint to completely redesign their customer portal from the ground up.
Design Sprint Process
We embedded directly into the Evvnt product team, running structured design sprints with weekly meetings to align on priorities and review progress. Every feature went through prototyping before development, giving the team confidence in direction and reducing costly rework.
Along the way we defined a comprehensive responsive style guide that brought consistency across the entire portal -- from event creation flows and analytics dashboards to ticketing management and publisher tools. The result was a cohesive, modern platform that worked as well on mobile as it did on desktop.
